To update your surname listed on your NitroEx account, you’ll need to go to www.nitroex.io and follow these instructions:

Click on My Profile tab.

Navigate to the KYC Verification page. 

Enter your name.

Complete the steps to verify your identity along with an official ID document.

Submit your surname change request.

The NitroEx security team will verify your identity, personal details and would change your surname thereafter.
