Such cybercrimes can happen through different means of communication including SMS texts, emails, URL advertisements, and social media posts. These scammers will brand themselves and pretend to be NitroEx in order to gather useful data from traders and investors. 

Please note, NitroEx will never ask for your passwords, 2FA codes, or bank account details. If you are a victim of a phishing attack, please change your NitroEx account password immediately and report such fraudulent cases to the NitroEx support team.
