If you were not hoping to get a device confirmation email, it signifies that someone else signed in to your NitroEx account by using your password and secure code.

To ensure the safety of your NitroEx account, we recommend that you immediately follow the instructions below:

  • Change your account password

Whenever you notice any unsuspected activity in your account, immediately change the password of both your email account and the NitroEx trading account. You should select a password that hasn’t been used previously and should be strong, unique, and complex.

  • Enable 2FA

Now that your password is updated, enable the strongest form of verification, the Two Factor Authentication available in both your email account and your NitroEx trading account.

  • Check your Login Details

Sign in to your NitroEx account and navigate to My Profile>Login Details

Here you can review your entire account activities including all active sessions, IP address, date, time of access, client OS, browser, and location. Check if it was you, in case any of the devices or web sessions look unfamiliar, you can revoke the sessions entirely.

If you have any security concerns related to your NitroEx account, do not hesitate to contact our support team.
