If you are not receiving any messages on your mobile phone, please go through these instructions:
First, wait for a few minutes. Occasionally, it may take up to 5 minutes for receiving authenticator codes on your device. If you still don’t receive any code, check your network settings and contact your service provider to ensure that there are no issues at their end. Message delivery failure may be caused because of poor signal, provider blockage, regional restrictions, or some other network issues.If you have verified with your service provider and checked that there are no known service troubles, please contact the NitroEx support service team so that they can investigate the issue and assist you to regain access to your account and wallet.
